Dr. Morley Slutsky and his staff bring more than 15 years of experience in helping patients initiate their hearing loss claims with The State of WA Department of Labor and Industries and Self Insured Employers (for WA State Workers' Compensation claims). ​​Evaluations for other types of insurance claims (e.g. Federal Claims, Long Shore, Personal Insurance, etc.) are not performed at this time.
